那我要为湖南说几句了。

3.2019年值得注意的数据：一是浙江省以72.5分排在中国司法文明指数得分第一名，而在六年评估中四次排名第一的上海市仅居第9名；湖南省以67.1分在各省、自治区、直辖市中排名垫底。二是31个省、自治区、直辖市最高分与最低分的分差为5.4分，相较于2018年最大分差6.2分，缩小了0.8分，这说明全国各地司法文明的差距进一步缩小。三是31个省、自治区、直辖市的得分均未达到“良好”水平，说明各地司法文明建设还有很大的努力空间。

你看，其实别人分数也不高。

(二)司法文明指数10个一级指标得分及排名分析

1.司法文明指数10个一级指标的最大分差为9.4分，比2018年最大分差10.5分缩小了1.1分。从10个一级指标的平均得分来看，“司法公开”依然得分最高(75.9分)，“司法腐败遏制”得分最低(66.501分)，反映了人民群众对其满意度较低；一级指标“法律职业化”得分倒数第二(66.530分)，反映了司法改革的成效还不够明显。具体得分，详见下图2。
